At OC Foil, we are committed to providing our customers with premium Fliteboard products, exceptional service, and a seamless purchasing experience.

As an authorized Fliteboard dealer, our return and refund policy follows the principles of Fliteboard's official return policy.

All Sales Final

All purchases are considered final once payment has been received in full and the product has been shipped or delivered to the customer.

OC Foil does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer's remorse once an order has been fulfilled.

This policy applies to Fliteboards, eFoils, Flitecells, wings, propulsion systems, controllers, chargers, accessories, and other physical products sold by OC Foil.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact OC Foil as soon as possible.

We will assist with evaluating the issue and coordinating the appropriate resolution in accordance with Fliteboard's manufacturer warranty and applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

Manufacturer Warranty

Fliteboard products are supported by the applicable Fliteboard Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

OC Foil provides assistance with warranty claims, product troubleshooting, repairs, and manufacturer communication.

Warranty coverage is subject to Fliteboard's official warranty terms and conditions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order before shipment or delivery must be submitted directly to OC Foil.

Any changes or cancellations are subject to approval and product availability.

Once an order has shipped or been delivered, the sale is considered final, except as otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or legally required, OC Foil will communicate the applicable refund procedure and processing timeline.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
